I can see how this addictive l could  ramble on for days - endlessly poking fun at life and the Scarlets of course - a wise man once said:

"there is always time to have a dig at the Scarlets"

So here are some tips on keeping safe:

• Don't eat yellow snow
• Minefields are dangerous.
• The inbreeding in Llanelli is out of control
• Bullet lists are cool
